Stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend.
Arriving there the Hilton van sped through the parking lot..male driver gets out and the entire van smelled like marijuana.
Check in was okay. The front desk lady was pleasant although the room key was giving us problems on the app. (Not her fault)
Got into the room and it did not smell the best however just getting off the road sleepiness played apart in it being okay. Bed was nice and comfortable. The next morning, noticed the bathroom did not have a fan and the shower had female hair in it from previous guest. The floor was not swept.
Breakfast is not free. Menu has items from $8-$15. The waitress that took the order was nice. Ordered food went back to the room less than 5 mins to grab my Stanley cup and came and back the waitress mentioned the cook was rushing me to come back. Got the food and it was cold. Ordered a sandwich that was suppose to have aioli on it. No aioli sauce on it spoke with the waitress and she mentioned to me that the cook could not find it so he did not put it on the sandwich. She went and found the sauce and brought it to me.
Later on in the night had two people in a less than a 10 min time frame banging on my door trying to get into my room at 4am. Although that is not the hotels fault that they had the wrong room. It’s just a heads up for females or anyone traveling alone. This was not the experience I expected from the Hilton. Hopefully you will have a better experience if you decide to stay!
