The rooms themselves were run down. Seems like an aging hotel that needs a face lift. The first room we were given had stains everywhere on the carpet and a terrible odor. The towel rack was laying in the middle of the floor. They quickly gave us a new room - it was much better - but still had an older vibe.

Front desk staff member was unhelpful. Breakfast was average. Hotel decor looked tired outside of the main lobby. A very non-Hilton experience. We did enjoy the pool and gym.

When you walk in it’s nice but then I got to my room and that’s when it when down hill. My door didn’t close all the way and you could see when someone passed my room from the side of my door. The AC didn’t work it was hot. The bathroom was NOT clean. I have to go to the store to buy disinfectant wipes to clean it. Last by my window part of the ceiling look like it had water damage. I would not stay again. Ohh the staff was nice.
