Sean at the front desk was extremely helpful. Room and hotel in general were very clean and quiet. Although some areas were showing thier age, overall we had wonderful stay. Close proximity to Duke Raleigh hospital with shuttle service on request.

The entire staff was very friendly at check-in. Sean was professional and knowledgeable. He gave great advice on locations to Dying and tour of the city. The janitorial team was on top of all areas the pool the weight room and the lobby were very tidy with the beautiful Appearance and amazing clean fragrance.

The hotel looks amazing. Customer service needs a little bit of work on. I had a few questions in the morning. Person seem to be preoccupied on something else rather than show me, but I needed to do. I needed to print a paper and he was less than helpful, but I guess that’s on me for not knowing anything about computers

I was only there for 1 night. Arrival was good. Parking was full because of an event that was going on. Lobby Clean. Guest services was good. Everything was Clean. Room was dated but comfortable. Water pressure in shower was GREAT. Toilet kept running. I could have fixed it but it wasn't a big deal for me. I didn't eat breakfast because we didn't have time. I wasn't sure if it was complimentary or a fee.
