The room was clean and although check in staff were very nice and gave me a "quiet" room, the room/door were not insulated well as conversations outside the hallway could be loudly heard from my room. Not sure if noise was coming from other guests or staff. The bed was a bit lumpy but pillows were perfect.

I reserved a KING bed for me and my wife on VALENTINES DAY, when i checked in (4:00 pm) they told me they did not have a king bed, but gave me a 2 full bedroom. Not ideal for a Valentines Day get away. The room felt neglected, walls are thin and you can hear everybody in the hallway and rooms next door in normal conversations. bathtub faucet had a constant small flow of water and could not be stopped. NOT what i would expect from a HILTON property and i have stayed at a lot of them. Very disappointed for the price they charged!

Loved my stay my room was clean and bathroom was clean as well. I was traveling alone and felt extremely safe, as I ended up booking the Hilton after a disaster experience down the street. Would defintely stay again and actually stayed twice on the way to and from Florida

The beds were advertised as Queen sized, but they felt more like a full size. The mattresses were lopsided, and uncomfortable. The shower head would not sit up and was loose. The handle on the toilet was loose. Also, one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty.
