I made our reservation a month ago through orbitz. Knowing that our flight would arrive at RDU around midnight and their shuttle ran until 1:00 am was the main reason. I called the facility the day before the flight to make sure they would pick us up and told them our flight would be in around 12-12:30 in the morning. Assured me that was fine. They actually did pick us up and took us to the hotel and we arrived about 12:30 or so in the morning. HOWEVER even though I showed them our confirmation and number they said we had no room, that because we had made the reservation through a third party, Orbitz, they had canceled it and they were fully booked.

This is a huge hotel, being six floors but it was pleasantly quiet, clean, sleek looking rooms with great transportation to the hotel! I kinda wished I stayed longer than a night to enjoy the restaurant, pool and other activities they had there but I highly recommend it 😊

Got in very late from a delayed flight. Tilton picked me up from the airport just before 1am. Check-in was easy and quick. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Kiva drove me to the airport in the morning to pickup my rental car. She was a great driver and very personable. I would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn again!
