We appreciated the overall clean condition of the hotel as well as the quick and friendly response of the staff. The only down side is the fact that there is no safe deposit box in the rooms and the auto shade doesn't provide total darkness at night because of the lights on the patio.

Best Hotel Ever

Hands down I love this hotel!! My go to hotel when I come to NC to visit my daughter who goes to NCCU. Great hospitality, customer service, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. No complaints and it’s pet friendly but you would never know which is great!

This was a great home base for us for the 9 days we were in Durham! The location was easy to get to most places from, near good food options, everything was clean including the gym and pool. Complimentary bottles of water, tea, coffee, hot cocoa and cookies daily was a nice touch! All workers were pleasant and efficient. Our TV remote batteries died, and someone came to replace them right away. We needed some extra towels and they were brought right away. Highly recommended!
