Lovely rooftop!!!!

I had such a great stay at the Hilton in Raleigh! The room was absolutely perfect for a girls’ night out — super clean, with a comfy bed and a stylish living room area that made it easy to relax and catch up. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. Definitely recommend for a fun and cozy getaway!

Property and rooms are so incredibly clean! Bed is comfortable, i stayed in a king sized studio. Had a kicthen with full sized fridge, garbage disposal, )microwave and dish washer. Usb ports everywhere, has netflix on tv. Breakfast- cereal, muffins, bagels, j juice, coffee, waffles, chicken sofritas(with all the fixings), carnitas, eggs, sausage, and Hashbrown. Staff are all hard working professionals. Service was great at the bar. Al was super helpful and friendly! Only downside i found about this place is parking. Valet cost 30 dollars a day. Other options are to pay for public parking. No free parking around.

Didn’t get a refund do to a personal emergency

I was unable to stay as I stated to hotels.com for a refund because of a personal emergency they said they contacted the hotel and the hotel wouldn’t approve the refund. Hotel.com didn’t speak to anyone at the hotel they just didn’t want to lose their cut of the money.

Asking for Hair dryer but didn’t provide at all. Towels not enough for everyone. the pullout bed in the living room was not clean (had cereal all over the sheets). There were beige heels that were left behind the couch as well.

The rooms and facility are top notch. We booked a specific room reservation days before, but were told 1 hour before check-in that our room was not available, and the hotel was sold out. We had no alternative but to sqeeze into a much smaller room.

We stayed one night for our anniversary and it was great! Nice views of the downtown Raleigh skyline, a spacious suite with a fridge and stove, and everything was spotless. They also offer a free breakfast that was delicious and have a rooftop bar for late-night drinks and more great views. Staff was helpful and friendly too!

This was a great location, only a short walk. I feel expedia needs to update their i formation of cost. 1. Parking available yes for $30 / night extra. 2. There was an extra $95 incidental fee held at arrival. 3 so not ALL cost are included in reservation fee. On a good note the room was great and the staff was awesome!
