The ceiling fan ran 24 hours a day, no cord to stop or adjust speed on it. The bathroom door hit the cover to the bathroom light and the baseboards were nasty. We had only 3 pillows and they were terrible to sleep on, thin and extremely used.The room was poor The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were nice.

We stayed here for a conference, so all of our meals were covered offsite. The room was nice, but there was some damage to the shower itself.The staff was OK, but not necessarily very friendly. We tried to make them aware that the heat pump in our room had an issue and would never shut off even though the thermostat was calling it to shut down. This caused the room to either overheat or over cool they seemed in different about this situation. hopefully somebody will take a look at it before it’s mechanically damaged.

Pros- service employees were all welcoming, helpful. and friendly. The hotel is situated on lovely grounds. Cons- this hotel is in need of a complete overhaul inside and out! Ripped seating and curtains, old warn carpeting, outdated everything! Hilton should be ashamed to have let this hotel deteriorate and still maintain it under the Hilton brand! Aesthetic neglect will not bring me back to the property. Com'on Hilton, you can and should do better!
