The hotel is beautiful and the staff is accommodating. However, the beds are way too soft I felt like I was on an inverted table. I didn’t sleep well at all . Then the bathroom shower door wouldn’t close all the way so the floor would get wet and you have to put multiple towels on the floor to keep it dry .

I purposely chose Hyatt due to previous stays in different locations, Brandon at the front desk was great, I had my children with me and had to deal with the heavy smell of people smoking weed on the floor above us. This gave me a headache and was pretty aggravating through my time spent at the hotel. There was one person named above that was welcoming and polite. I chose not to speak with the other personnel due to my first impression of them when I arrived and during observations of them dealing with other customers. I am happy that I stayed at this hotel but I do not think there will ever be a second time due to the low quality I’ve seen in this location, but I would never had known unless I stayed here.

The suite was clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the extra large shower room for bathing little kids. The pool was a nice temperature and love that they keep the pool room extra warm as well. The kids had a nice stay for our 2 nights. The food at the bar wasn't great or anything but it was perfect to not have to think too hard after our long day of flying.

I enjoy this property ery much. The beds are top tier and customer service is great. Very comfortable. The only problem i had was that there wasnt enough carrier carts for my luggage.
