We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. It was close to the mall, a quick drive to a nice trail and in the center of all the places we traveled. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean. Really enjoyed

Not a 4 star hotel. Usually we expect bottles of water offered on check in but we were told we can have water for $2.69. Hyatt is now not cleaning rooms every day. When I asked for more coffee they said we could come get it. I find the tag requesting a tip for the maid insulting too.
