Property was fine. The free breakfast was good. Was there for four nights and they did not clean the room like they said they would. Fridge was loud and leaked. They charged us $2.69 for something we did not purchase and nobody was at the front desk when so tried to get it taken care of so now I will have to call them again.

While checking in, the rude desk rep was on the phone with another guest...and left me standing, waiting for a good 5 minutes...and did not even bother to apologize, or even flick a smile once afterwards. The trash bins in my room were NOT emptied...one of the bath towels did NOT seem freshly cleaned...and the bed sheets were poorly tucked in. I did report this to another desk rep, and her response was rude as well. Did any of these desk reps get trained on how to greet and address guests?!? They all seemed so unprofessional. Also, the temperature in the rooms took forever to move up or down. I will never return to this location ever again.
