Place is under construction. When were you going to tell us? Its dirty, hot and a mess inside abd out. I shouldnt find out adter drocong 25 hours whem I check in. Shame!

The employee that handled my check-in was fantastic - pleasant, personable, thorough and genuinely wanted to be sure I had a positive experience. The property appears to be in the final stages of a renovation/upgrade. Other than some minor things still to be completed, the property was in very good condition. I was very pleased with my stay.

Decent one night stay!

Overall my stay was comfortable and satisfying for the cost. It was a quick, solo, one night, stay for a show I was attending. The staff was friendly, and the room was nice. I was able to stay in a newly renovated room. I also brought my small dog with me for a reasonable pet cost, which was a nice convenience. I only brought him out of my room when I needed to take him outside for bathroom trips. To that point, my only gripe was another guest had their pet in the breakfast area the next morning. I thought that was unsanitary and disrespectful to other guests. That shouldn’t be allowed! I went back into my room and waited for him to exit before I came back to get breakfast. I’m a huge pet lover and still didn’t approve of this. That was the only negative of my stay.

The neighborhood is beautifully laid out so you don't hear traffic or see neighboring businesses. Very attractive. Front desk staff were responsive with a lack of enthusiasm. One didn't get out of his chair. The property is being upgraded/renovated. the snack machine had been removed. So, no snacks unless you want to get in your car and drive somewhere. Couldn't a variety of snacks be available through the desk? Breakfast was cleared at 9 AM. Isn't that a bit early? My room was a renovated one. Clean, appealing, bed comfortable. However, there were no towel racks and little area to hang a towel to dry. These are things I can live with, but don't reflect the class of hotel of LaQuinta.

I only gave 4 stars about the property because they’re under construction. I think they did a great job with keeping things functional and clean while they’re under construction which is not easy to do! The staff were excellent and friendly. I really loved this property and will stay again. Very convenient services in the area and easy access To main routes. The room was spacious and clean and well stocked. You can’t ask for too much more! :)

Current situation is a mess

The location is undergoing badly needed renovations so improvement is being made if you can tolerate the mess. All of the ice machines were out of service and there were no tissues in the container

Comfortable and clean, Construction

Clean, friendly staff, newly renovated rooms. There was construction going on while we were staying, but the noise was not overwhelming, just a bit of congestion in the parking lot in the evening. Otherwise a comfortable and clean stay.
