Overall I’m satisfied with the service. Staff are helpful. But housekeeping became an issue. We were told that housekeeping usually cleans the room every 2 days unless requested, but not necessarily true based on our experienced. We stayed there for almost a week. There was an occasion that 2 days had passed and no one still cleaned the room. When we informed the desk personnel, we were told that the housekeeping was gone for the day. Teri was kind enough to give us some fresh towels and garbage bags.

Amazing hotel have stay several time BUT this time I got put in rm# 104 every 10 mins a noise next door maybe from some type of Generator kept me up all nite . Went to work cranky.Not a good nite or day. Email hotel directly have not gotten a respond.

The property and staff were fantastic! Everything is clean and maintained. It is a noisy area in terms of traffic, and if you have noisy neighbors at the hotel you will unfortunately hear them yelling and carrying on all night. Additionally, a few of the nearby surrounding businesses appear to be defunct, making the location it is in a bit less favorable. Overall, though, it is a good hotel and centrally located between UNC Chapel Hill and plenty of shopping throughout Durham. There are huge, busy roads all around, but many fantastic things are within a 10-15 minute drive, which is great. The pool is a bit cold but the gym is very nice.
