A hidden treasure!
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I would have never selected this hotel, as I usually travel and book chain hotels. I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the Lobby, the restaurant and, the lounge area. The room was very large and comfortable. I won't even complain about not having a microwave in each room (it's located mid-hall), but that is a consideration when I travel. Overall, it is a nice place for a short stay.

The hotel is nice, the room was spacious & comfy. We did not have a mini-frig in our room...check if you're wanting that amenity! The wifi was really spotty, we had trouble using our laptop! Convenient location to several sites! Be sure to pay a visit to Bennett Place & Duke Homestead & of course a Durham Bulls baseball game!

I have stayed at the Millennium several times. The advertised hot tub has never been in service, but prior to this stay the pool was available. This trip neither the pool nor the hot tub were in use. I was very disappointed

The hotel is tired and old. The bar wasn't open. Front desk didn't have quarters to make change to use the dryers. The Wifi was slow and really weak in multiple locations.

Hidden gem to/for Duke Hospital customers. Has indoor pool . Nicer than both well-known places immediately across street from Duke Hospital. We have stayed at all. This by far the best. Only advantage of other two is walk to hospital. This one has breakfast and beautiful rooms, gorgeous lobby.Excellent customer service personnel.
