the room was clean. No soap in the wall mounted containers in the shower. The shower stall had a long hair stuck to the wall. They don’t clean the room during the day if you’re staying more than one night. I had to ask for new towels and the clerk provided them for me but told me I had to bring the used towels to him first. The parking lot lines are barely wide enough to fit your car in. Cheaper than the hotels nearby but you pay in other ways. Seems like the hotel is run on a very tight budget - they spend as little as possible to operate the place.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt like the housekeeping staff lacked an interest in the guests. My room was not cleaned or serviced during my 3 night stay. I observed the floor in the hallway being swept but not vacuumed and only once did I observe the floor being mopped. It was damp mopped using a hand towel or similar rag attached to the mop handle. I don't remember seeing a mop bucket. The bottom of my feet were black with dirt from the floor in my room. The guest laundry was being used by staff for sheets and rags. I had to wait a day to use the washer and dryer. I extended my stay in Raleigh but move to another hotel.

The most uncomfortable room ever. I know its budget travel and not the Ritz, but if you're going to have a hotel why not try to do it well, at least. Everything sub par. Little slivers of soap, horrible toilet paper, useless pillows, holes in the comforter, bed sunken in, cheap little wall blow dryer, tiny little t.v. Seriously, quit being so cheap and upgrade to some decent basics for your guests. No elevator either. Showed up and the front desk guy was out talking to the police. Not worth the price. There are tons of other budget friendly hotels in the area
