I was under a guest that was moving furniture around and yelling all night…I eventually requested a room change… staff didn’t seem very happy about that… even threatened to charge me extra for a double room if that’s all they have… was not very happy about that since I was the one being inconvenienced.. and they seem to not want to do anything about the man in the room, yelling and banging furniture around.

It was a hotel. The staff was pretty unprofessional from start to finish- took about 15 minutes for the girl to wander to the desk after being called, they watched cartoons loudly with the doors of offices open to the breakfast area, there was quite a bit of trash around the property and the garbage cans were overflowing for the majority of my stay. On check out there was a woman at the desk who was on the phone with a personal call that didn't acknowledge me until I made a motion to put my key in the basket and then she told me to go ahead and drop my key in the basket. Overall terrible staff attitude and dirty facility. Lot of people loitering around at night, drinking in common areas with no staff at the desk past 8. Wouldn't recommend.

The lobby is beautiful however this is the only nice area of the hotel. The room had a faint smell, the knobs on the heat/air conditioner were broken and falling off. The outlet in between the two beds did not work. Visible stains on bathroom walls, roaches were killed in the bathroom.

It's not bad for a low budget stay during the week days. On the weekends the rate isn't reasonable. I realize the hotel has nothing to do with kids running the halls. So, be aware that the floors are very noisy with running kids. The room was clean, however I did have to kill one large roach on the counter next to the bed. Unknown what could have attracted it there, because the counter was clean with no food on it. Otherwise it was a good stay. I would return during a weekday. Not a weekend.
