I always choose this property when in town for a conference. The newly renovated rooms and friendly staff makes it a great place to stay. Also having the free breakfast and also having free coffee all day is a plus.

Great staff but didn't get great sleep because of the guests above us stomping around in the middle of the night. Front desk did offer to take care of it but I refused. People do make noise on vacation so that's out of the hotel's control.

Love This Hotel!!

The staff was wonderful as always. The room was spot less and clean. There were no issues w/ the Accessibility Room and the hotel even contåcted me when they thought it may be a perceived issue. The only downfall is the only sausage served at breakfast is Pork (against religion). Otherwise, my go to hotel never dissapoints!!!

My trip overall was satisfactory. The hotel was outdated. There was only one elevator working, something that has obviously been ignored for a while and I didn't get the room I requested. But the staff was friendly.

I booked a king bed and upon arrival was told none were available. However, I stood there and proceed to hear one rep telling the other one “oh were those the rooms you blocked out earlier”, clearly saying they are available. They then said that since it’s 3rd party booking the systems don’t align and update the same, that the bonvoy app should show the actual thing. My boyfriend, who’s a bonvoy elite member then opened his app and pulled up to book and showed them that it’s showing a king bed is available. They proceeded to say they don’t know what happened there and forced the double room on us because what choice do we have at 10pm in a state we’ve never been before? Two things, the room was available but was blocked out and this is mentioned between the two agents and they tried to brush it off when we caught on. And secondly, they blamed a third party system when there’s show the exact same thing. We paid money. It wasn’t free. It was the same cost never mind the booking platform. So we ended up with two small beds as a couple. Very infuriating.

We left the hotel for a funeral and were gone all day. When we got back, to my surprise, no one had been in the room to make the bed or replace the towels. I was shocked that at a hundred dollars a night they wouldn't even make the bed. I called the front desk and they said they don't do that anymore. Wow just Wow
