A+++ in comfort and amenities

Bed had a mattress topper and was super comfy. Dual showerheads and bluetooth enabled bathroom mirror were a plus as well. Rooftop bar had great views for evening drinks. Very close to convention center and ampitheatre with many walkable food and drink options nearby!

We loved everything about this hotel except my checkout experience. The person at the desk never asked me if I enjoyed my stay, was everything good, hope you will come back, thank you… the only words that were spoke were can I help you…. She printed out my receipt later it up on counter and walked away and continued what she was doing. A thank you would have been appreciated!

The stay was okay

There's a lady the works in the morning who isn't pleasant and unhelpful. She comes off as if your making her job harder by asking her question you have no clue about regarding the hotel. Otherwise the room was Good, bed was more firm than I would like, shower was hot and pressure was good. The lobby was very nice and inviting. The hallway to the room smelled everytime I walked through it. Park on the street if you can and save you some money.

Having just arrived after a lengthy journey from New Jersey to Georgia, I must say the hotel is truly lovely, impeccably maintained, and situated in a prime location. The check-in process was remarkably smooth, and the staff exhibited both kindness and attentiveness. The room itself was clean and welcoming. While there was a minor issue with the shower head's spray extending beyond the glass partition, my husband was able to adjust it. The only other small concern was that the windows in the room do not seem to be very well insulated or soundproofed, as the sounds of emergency vehicles and loud cars passing by felt quite close. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel and certainly plan to return.

Beautifully designed hotel

I stay at this new hotel was Divine! From the staff that greeted us a check-in to the valet service to the beautiful hotel and clean hotel rooms, everything about our stay was top notch! Will definitely stay at this property every time I’m in Raleigh.
