Convenient Location

The staff and team were all exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is about as good as it gets conveniently located to all the best downtown spots. The lighting in the room was a bit of a challenge, no way to keep a light on by the bed to turn off when you go to bed without good all the way to the door and walking in the dark. The switch by the bed and lights by the bed all only portrayed by the door switch. Minor but annoying inconvenience. Someone upstairs was very loud it sliced like they were throwing furniture around the room at all hours of the night and morning so i has a rough night of sleep.

Loved this place. Will definitely stay here again. Our room was great. The rooftop bar was fabulous. Staff was excellent and friendly. We went to a show at the Carolina Theater and walked within 5 minutes. Parking was easy. Overall great experience
