It was in a noisy neighborhood, lots of people yelling in the hallway and it was hard to sleep with the noise outside with cars, talking/ yelling/ and slamming doors and people yelling inside. Breakfast was minimal.
The rooms are updated and clean but the hallways need a lot of work. The hotel is on a main road with tons of traffic, so getting in and out can be challenge.
Gave the wrong key at check in, walls are thin (could hear a phone vibrating in neighboring room), dirty floor, hole in wall. Sketchy people everywhere in parking lot. Did not feel safe. Will never stay there again.
Could only enter from the front of the hotel with a room key. My room key deactivated twice while I was there and I had to show my ID both times to get a new card. I’ve never been ID’d 3 times in 2 days at a hotel until this trip. Our bathtub did not work properly, we told the front, they said they would send someone to fix it and no one ever did. The hotel shares a parking lot with a gas station which I guess could be convenient. I never plan on staying again.
Everything about this hotel was good. They are doing some kind of construction around the property, which has it all inside of a fence. Took us a minute to figure out how to get in. There was a small bar area open till 10. Breakfast was fine. The lounge was large enough for families to sit around and get their breakfast meal and drinks in. Don’t know about any other amenities as we weren’t able or needed to use them.
The hotel was really nice. Clean and seemed like it was taken good care of. I was coming in from a far distance and travel took longer than I expected. I called the hotel to let them know and the person who answered the phone kept telling me he needed to charge my card to hold the reservation. I said it was completely fine but he kept repeating it multiple times that they needed to charge the card. I get it, I agreed, why did he need to keep harping on the room charge? It left my feeling uneasy. When I arrived it was a different gentleman who checked me in and he was lovely. He let me know that whoever I spoke with had charged my card twice.
It was already after midnight so instead of taking a deposit they just kept the double room charge as a deposit and said they would refund it the next day.
Our room was nice and the price was right.
Just a weird vibe from the staff.
The staff was rude, the room was not clean, the towels had stains on them, our overall stay was horrible and we will not be returning or recommending!

The carpet in the hallway was extremely dirty so I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was. The bedding however was extremely stiff and rough and actually made everyone's skin itchy after sleeping in them overnight. When they say breakfast is until 9 am, they absolutely mean 9 am... everything was closed off and there was no access when a member of our group went down at 9:04, so plan accordingly. Aside from a member of the cleaning staff attempting to enter our room without knocking after we had checked in, there were no negative interactions with staff.
I liked the fact that the property was conveniently located near the places that we had planned to go during our stay. I didn't like the beds as much as I originally pictured them to be. They're a little tough.
