The room was adequate, but the bed was a bit hard and firm, not my preference. (Four standard-size pillows for a king bed) which is not ideal. The bathroom sink fixtures and handles were very squeaky, and the shower temperature was not very hot. After the second day, the staff didn’t bring towels, leaving us with all dirty three towels: two hand towels and three washcloths. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more, which I appreciated. Overall, I would rate this place a 3 out of 5 stars
