Having a kitchen was really nice. The kitchen has a two-burner cooktop, full size fridge, and large microwave. Bring your own cookware, dishes and utensils.
Website lists airpot shuttle. Tried to call but forwarded to national office who could not reach front desk for shuttle so got Lyft. I show up with 2 sheriff vehicles outside. Front desk has metal door shutting it off. Kiosk did not work however there was a phone that said to dial 500 for help. Phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. After 1 hour an employee appears stating she had back to back phone calls and had to have someone escorted out of hotel by sheriff. Room is what you pay for (.5 oz shampoo/conditioner bottle). You have to pay to get new towels or to get room serviced. This is my first review I have left of a hotel because of how bad my stay was. Front desk lady said she was a diligent worker but somehow could not answer my calls for an hour. I have no more words but I do not recommend staying here.
I did not like .they have a kitchen that had no pans or dishes no plates sliver ware .no coffee pot.i had to go out and buy. It all if i wanted to cook. And i brought food to cook. They had ROACHES. As i was cooking they were crawling. I had to watch my food so one would not end up in it.and i did no want to turn out the lights. For fear they would be all over the room and make sure .to shake all my things out not to take any home.

More extended stay than hotel
We stayed a few days but it was clear that it predominantly residential occupants. We were paying a higher hotel rate than residents but we're subjected to less accomodations than hotels. Housekeeping is every two weeks and we were told to take garbage out back to the dumpster. That was a first. Limited toiletries and towels and pillows smelled which is clearly because they aren't washed regularly. I would say the staff was helpful but limited in ability to assist. No overnight concierge. It is well equipped with kitchen and fairly updated.
Check in and check out is not user friendly. The kiosk was not functional and you could not get ahold of anyone by phone. If there had been a main issue it would have been horrible.
My crew never get to have a room, the itinerary number supposedly was cancel , no customer service at the front or over the phone, this is so unbelievable! Horrible customer care support.
