Great hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff Safe , excellent facilities

One of the best stays we have ever had and easily beating the best hotels we have experienced across multiple countries in the Western Hemisphere. The concierge staff and front desk are ridiculously professional and go out of their way to personalize our stay (shoutout to Urvashi, Lengoi and Simran). The staff at Quattro is next level. Shoutout to Anuj, Yasir and Kaushal for being such excellent hosts and ensuring we had such excellent breakfast and dining experiences throughout our stay. Shoutout to Nikhil for going above and beyond to deliver one of the best lunch experiences at Lotus Oriental. I can confidently say that Leela Bhartiya City will be the stay we will repeat every time we visit Bangalore.

Great stay at Taj Bangalore – perfect for avoiding traffic! Choosing to stay at the Taj Bangalore was a great decision to avoid stress and traffic on the day of departure. It is practically right at the airport, which made things so easy. The hotel and the rooms were excellent. We didn't have enough time to try out the outdoor pool but it looked great! The staff was very helpful everywhere we went, from the front desk to the restaurant and luggage team. As a huge bonus, they even assisted us over at the airport all the way to the security check-in. Happy to recommend the hotel!
