Staff was great and accommodating. Room was seriously dry. Had to drink water all night. Bed was old school box spring. Restaurant was nice attached to the hotel.

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the center of the city. Nice, modern and clean hotel with free parking in the back if you have a car. Room a bit small for 3 people but good enough for a 1-night stay. Breakfast was yummy.

Awesome rooms, hot tub and yummy breakfast in great location.

The host was amazingly helpful getting us into the apartment, as we had arrived early. She allowed us in to store our luggage while we got some lunch. The apartment was spacious and comfortable beds/pillows. Close to the Harbour and restaurants. The couch in the living area was extemely uncomfortable and broken. This should be replaced for future guests. Otherwise very pleased with our choice at Kartuki.

Location, clean & good breakfast

We appreciated having a small kitchen in our room. My husband has food allergies and we were able to make food that he could eat. The staff was very helpful with questions and the hotel well central to great restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the hotel having an elevator since we had a lot of bags.
