Rangitoto Island Vacation Packages

This would be my third stay here. Unfortunately this experience was not the same as previous. Check-in staff was lovely except the other (who I can only assume to be the manager or senior to the check-in staff) was obnoxious to say the least. I had raised a query that the exhaust fan was not working, The check-in staff attempted to get some more info and genuinely listened and then sought guidance with the other staff (obnoxious one) who just over-talked to the both of us saying it works giving instructions with attitude. Went back to try with the instructions provided and still didn’t work. I didn’t want to bother them again so have left it at that, though the bathroom air was not ventilated so just had to live with the stuffy air to it eventually settled. Appreciate the check-in staff (apologies didn’t get her name), but for the other one, could use some friendliness. This was my third visit and probably be the last, would be considering other options, which is a shame as everything else was good.

Check in was seamless, love this boutique hotel, has restaurants next door & location to the ferries is a 2 min walk.

The roof bar was closed on Sunday. Guests were very noisy coming in from pubs late at night & woke us up

So much good, affordable food around the hotel. Walkable to the Viaduct, ferry and train stations and shopping. Nice bartender in the afternoon/evening.

Hotel is located conveniently in the center of everything yet the room was very quiet day and night. The staff was so friendly and helpful.
