The staff was amazing - friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and accomodating! The breakfast was spectacular, the rooms were updated, clean and offered great views. The hotel was conveniently located near the train and ferry service. The Vesuvio was a phenomenal place to stay - I would highly recommend it!!

Very nice hotel close to everything in Rapallo. The ferry to Cinque Terre or Portofino is right across the street. Delicious restaurants are also nearby. The staff at breakfast were super friendly and made delicious coffee. Very clean and have no complaints at all!

A fabulous family run hotel who welcome you with open arms. From the start, they took time to explain the sights and were always there with a smiling face to greet you in the morning and when you returned during the day. Nothing was a bother for them. They happily got us a kettle for our room and brought us milk so we could make ourselves a cuppa on our arrival late afternoon. Location is perfect. View of the sea from the balcony. Must stay here.

The perfect location to base yourself rather than Portofino - the walk to Santa Margarita and Portofino is amazing and a must do. So much more to eat/drink and the other towns Hotel staff were great, the hotel rooms had everything you needed - good value for money

Property is on the waterfront with excellent views from the front rooms. Property manager is the perfect host and all staff were helpful and courteous. We visited at the beginning of the season and were greatly impressed with the hotel and surrounds. The breakfasts were excellent and coffee and drinks were available in the bar. We were quite pleased with this hotel. Five minute walk from train. Directly across from the sea. Beautiful promenade to walk on close to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was perfect. The owners And their daughter were very friendly and very helpful choosing restaurants. All of the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We were given an early check-in and had a lovely view of the bay with a balcony. Their restaurant is fantastic! This is a lovely seaside hotel.

Very close to train station and delicious breakfast. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind (they speak very good English and appreciated my amateur attempts at speaking Italian to them). A bunch of restaurants right there and the ferry to portofino was a 1 minute walk.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband to visit Cinque Terre and neighboring towns. The couple that owns this place is very sweet! Super helpful and just really pleasant. They gave us really good info about the area. Our room had a sea view balcony. It was a treat to wakeup to and go home to a nice view from our balcony. Room was very nice, clean and well-kept. Boat station is basically accross the street and train station is a 5-min walk. So convenient! Breakfast is simple and modest but enough to fuel the day until lunch time. I highly recommend this place. Truly a home away from home :)

Fabulous Hotel on the waterfront ☆☆☆☆☆

Great location & view! Clean, friendly staff & owners. Easy access to train, Santa Margarita & Portofino. The assortment at breakfast was plentiful & fresh with fuits, breads, meats, cheeses, pastries, juices & a coffe barista. Lovely town & easily walkable. Our favoritel hotel thus far!
