The majority of the employees here are very professional, respectful, helpful and committed to providing exceptional customer service, especially the night auditors and the cook/chef who is on duty most mornings. This is now my go-to hotel any time I travel to Rapid City. Thank you so much!

I didn't get the room I wanted, everything was going good until I was going to extend my stay the person that was working that day had a bad attitude and my extension wasn't honored, and I was asked to leave. And I checked everything and the form she was waiting for was sent at 9:45a.m and the payment was taken off the credit card!! I have never been soo humiliated in my life

Arrived late asked for late check out. Lady at front desk said yes, I asked please let housekeeping know. I travel and stay here often and every time they bang on the door early. Sure enough before 9am housekeeping was trying to rush me out. Ran out of hot water within just a few minutes in shower. Both shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower were empty. Had to remove from wall take pumps out just to get hair washed. I love staying here but this late check out/ housekeeping issue really were the final straw for me. I get in at 11pm after traveling all day only to be woken up by beating on the door 2 hours before regular check out.

The staff was amazing. I can't remember the name of a specific front desk employee but she was so very helpful. She needs a raise. She was very understanding, compassionate and overall a great person.

Loved our stay here. I didn’t book a suite but when we arrived we were assigned a suite which was great as we are a family of 7! The room was very beat and clean. Staff was very helpful. My kids loved the pool and staff made sure they were always restocking pool towels. Definitely recommend 10/10 when traveling with young children! They also have a snack and mini bar in which you can purchase items instead of having to leave to a convenience store.

Nice rooms, breakfast had a variety of items, and my kids loved the water slide. Our only complaint was that the showers did not have much hot water. We would definitely stay there again though.

Hotel was extremely dirty. Whilr checking the beds we found popcorn kernels, rice crispy crumbs, pizza sauce, a ton of hair stands mixed into the bedding. There were crumbs all over the floor as if they didnt vacuum and dust everywhere the eye could see. When i asked the front desk if someone could come change the bedding there was only one person working so i had to change the bedsing myself. After driving 13hrs qith exhausted kids and wife we had to change oir own bedding. The next moring when i talked with the manager she had the entire room cleaned and when they put bew bedding on there was a dead bug carcass on one of the beds, unknown what kind of bug it was. We checked out after the first night and were booked to stay for 5 days.
