It was okay. During check in my mother in law messed with the staff a bit to get them to laugh and be friendly. Other than that we pretty much got stone face from the other staff. The hot food was cold both days but we were happy to have some breakfast so it was okay.

The room had dry wall flaked on the bathroom sink and a screw on the floor, and had signs the room was not properly cleaned from its previous user. The fire alarm to the building went off and then randomly turned off. Our stay was subpar and mildly concerning considering the cleanliness of the room.

Our stay at baymount was perfect . We went for youth basketball tournament and it was close to the The Box so we didn’t have to travel very far. The pool was a great size for my children are rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding I would recommend anyone to stay here.

When we first entered our room we noticed crumbs on the floor between the beds and in the bathroom, hair on the walls and in the tub. There's no coffee maker in the room, you have to ask for that. Breakfast was fine. Just your usual cereal, toast and eggs. When we went into the pool 2 members of our family both found long hair on them. Probably won't stay here again.

Drug pen in room

There was an illegal marijuana pen and the staff was extremely rude and didn't do anything to rectify the situation. I called and called with no help from the hotel or manager
