Deceiving pictures on website, not clean

The room was not clean. There were stains on the couch, sheets and carpeting. The nightstand was dirty and had a used dried contact sitting on it. The lighting in the room was very poor, making it difficult to get ready. The pictures on the website and hotel.com were very deceiving. Would not recommend.

The toilet whistled loudly every time it was flushed. The air conditioner rumbled and clanked loudly all night. The carpet in the hall was frayed and threadbare in places. It just felt old and grungy.

Disappointed with housekeeping. Left the toilet paper with a small amount on the roll and no extra rolls. The body wash bottle was empty. The next morning, they knocked and let themselves into to room at 9am. We were not checked out and the hotel was not busy. Disappointed and will not use again in the future.

The room was great. Housekeeping missed a couple of things, and the bed was a bit hard. However, it was overall a great stay. The room was huge and comfortable.
