The reviews on Expedia were great, which is why I booked it. Unfortunately it appears that they are slowly remodeling rooms, and I got two that weren’t. The room had a couch, but you couldn’t see the television from the couch. In my dad’s room the a/c unit sounded like it was going to fall off the wall. In my room the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. I was very unhappy with the condition of the room compared to the reviews.

We have stayed at this property before abou 5 years ago and it was great. Thisntime the walls walls in the hallway were dirty, the picture when you walk off the elevator on floor 4 the glass was out of it and there was blood on the picture. Our sheets on the beds didnt fit the mattress and it kept rolling up. I just expected more.

We were in Rapid City traveling and being tourist. Our time was precious and we were going from Sun up to Sun down. It was refreshing getting back to the hotel and walking into a clean room and being able to enjoy the Hot Tub and Swimming pool to wind down. Loved this experience!
