All the staff were efficient and nice. Even when the hotel was full it was quiet in the rooms which is a huge plus. They are super great about dogs and even welcome them with a toy which is super awesome! Made us feel welcome.

This location is our go to place for staying when in Rapid. The only uncomfortable thing is the occasional hard bed. The good thing is if you ask the front desk for some big comfy pillows, it helps make the bed softer.

Very nice front desk people. Stayed 5 nites. Not once did housekeeping come in. We even requested minor things like coffee. We got towels one evening from front desk. Got our own toilet paper, cups,,coffee,towels etc. The people next room had to put out their trash & used towels in hallway by door. They were FULL with lots of check outs & check ins daily. Breakfast are was small & crowded. People went into lobby to eat. Breakfast was standard. The ladies kept most of the food coming. Nohing special. Poor choice of restaurants in the area. Ate at same restaurant a couple times. Room was fine. Just no housekeeping services. Room price reasonable . Thank you!

We were on the 4th floor 2 days of lucwarm water. We were told to get up earlier or shower before bed. No meat on the breskfast bar due to guests request that were staying there. After a day of site seeing we were informed, day 3, that the hotel does not have any water and the moved us to another hotel. The other hotel was NOT to my standards by any means!!!

There was nothing on the reservation saying they did not take cash. We didn’t have money on our checking account to cover the cost. They suggested to us to go deposit the mo et in our bank at an ATM. We were 13 hours from our home and our bank is small home town bank. We had to make arrangements with family back home to fix it so we could stay and pay them when we got home. The rest of the stay was great but this needs to be in their policies on Expedia.
