Our suite was spotless and roomy and comfortable. But the outdoor fireplace area was the best part! To be able to enjoy the outdoors like that, while at a hotel, was priceless!

Seemed like lack of staff.
The stay was ok. No hot water for showers for a whole day. When inquiring about the lack of hot water it took forever to get a response. No one answered phone at front desk.

Room was clean. They don't clean the room everyday if your planning a 5 day stay but they will clean the room on request. Clean towels are available daily. The motel is located close to restaurants, gas stations, and tourist attractions.

I had an unexpected problem upon check-in. I opened my wallet, and my DL was missing! I had not gotten it back from a different hotel miles away from the previous night. I was distraught. The clerk wouldn't let me check in and called a manager, She was TERRIBLE. No sympathy for my situation at all. She offered no options for me to check-in. She was dismissive and rude. She was terrible. Finally, the initial clerk let me check in with my Costco card. Why can we use credit cards everywhere, without ID, but not in hotels? I am 69, and I've never encountered a worse "manager" than this woman. She even said that I "should carry a photo ID." She was totally dismissive and just walked away with no concern for my issue. Terrible experience. Thank you to the original clerk for caring about my issue .

This was a nice property for families. It was a bit noisy and had lots of kids. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary so would have preferred a more quiet hotel. But the staff were all nice and the bed was comfortable. Clean hotel.
