front desk morning clerk was extremely rude !the room was in very poor condition and the tiles were off the floor in the bathroom causing an uneven service and movement and I pinched my foot while walking over it!

We had a good stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fan on the heater was annoying kicking off and on too much. I finally turned it to fan only and it was better. Breakfast was not anything special. The restaurant Millstone was a good place to eat.

OWNER NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE HIS WRONGS
I have a autistic niece that was having a few of her days. She and her mom asked to get a room next to ours. Autistic people of all ages can be eventful. This she was. The entire night. In and out of the place. And the owner had his room next to hers. The next morning the owner had his help call our room and tell us we had to go due to our guest we brought to the hotel. First of all the room was in my sister's name and we had been staying there for nearly 2 weeks prior without incident. It would take A LOT for him (THE OWNER) to make this right. I mean A LOT.
