I checked in at 11am and they informed me the room would not be ready until later. They are very busy and short staffed. They took down my name and number and would call me when the room was ready. They called me at 6PM TO INFORM ME MY ROOM WAS READY! Outrageous.

Great stay with teens

We traveled with teenagers, and both rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was even nice and quiet, considering how busy it seemed. The housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly nice and professional. Having Perkins and the water park adjacent to the hotel was very convenient. The water park was super-busy, but the kids had fun.
