Housekeepers should look closer.
Generally pretty good stay. I noticed several pubic hairs in and around the bathtub and housekeeping missed some spots around the sink. There was also a dirty sheet in the dresser drawer.

Anyone staying that has kids or pets beware
They say they are pet friendly but don't tell you that they have rooms just for those that have pets. They pull 100 extra for a damage deposit but don't tell you if you have a pet in a room not allow, grease from pizza, drink stains they will hit you with a $250 fee. You don't sign anything approving such a fee. So I am going to fight the charge and report it. Showers don't really work, no storage for luggage, and no table, plates, or coaster to place drinks to keep rules enforced. Stay here if you don't have kids, have any pets, and don't eat/drink in your room. A motel 6 is better than staying here

Great stay, quiet comfy rooms, great room service. The hotel is a little outdated but clean and in good condition. No elevator but 2nd floor rooms are cheaper. I’d say best value for your money in rapid city. Will stay here again if/when work brings me back up here. You get cheaper rates booking directly through the hotel rather than on this app

I would stay again.
Very clean, comfortable place with great staff, friendly people, comfortable towels, good bathrooms, fair sized 2 queen bed room, only thing I didn't like was the foot traffic in back of hotel from people walking. Found a glass something near car and threw it away so no kid would find it. Not hotels fault but I just helped out.
