I loved the location, very easy off/on to I-90. Nice outdoor seating area with a grill and fireplace. The room was nice and spacious, my only complaint was the shower. The pressure was too hard and the shower head sprayed water in all different directions. Maybe it was just my room with a bad shower head. Blackout curtains would have been nice as my room was facing partially east so I had sunlight beaming in at 5am but the bed was very comfortable. Walls are thin, I could hear the conversation in the next room. Breakfast was pretty good. My first morning I woke up to staff knocking on my door at 7:45am, which was slightly annoying. Overall not a bad stay. Just maybe wait until at least 8:30/9am to knock on doors ;)

This was a top notch stay for us. We loved the apartment style room and the people were very friendly and accommodating. The price when we stayed was more than reasonable and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay again.

I will be calling Customer Service regarding the deplorable situation of this hotel. I feel a full refund is warranted. The property was under extreme construction to the point that most of the first floor was inaccessible, and the only elevator in the property was completely inaccessible. That alone is unacceptable. The property room that I booked was actually not available despite the fact that I paid for an upgrade To be fair the on-site staff member when we checked in did put us in a two room suite, but that was the only available option. When we asked about the time construction would resume and end we were lied to and told that construction would not start before 10 AM and would end at five promptly every day. Neither of these times was correct. The morning we had a very difficult time leaving our second floor room, construction began just before 8 AM and the dust and dirt was horrific, and in fact, the agent who checked us in told us that the day before we arrived, they were actually jackhammering the tile out of the property This is unacceptable and we should have been informed that extreme construction was taking place during our stay, there was dust and dirt everywhere, including bits of the old floor tracked all the way up to where our room was. In the room, there was almost no usable, kitchen implements, and there were only two glasses and one was cracked and broken so it had to be discarded Completely unacceptable ! We checked into this hotel only to find out that they remodeling their lobby. That meant that we could not get access to the lobby, the breakfast room or the elevators! It is unbelieveable that they would be undergoing such an extensive remodeling and never disclose this to their guests. We have to cancel the reservation and book at another hotel.

Unfortunately this property was being remodeled while we were there. Dishes were missing from kitchenette. The dishwasher didn’t work properly and left a puddle on the floor. There was construction dust yet on the windowsill. On the upside the staff was very friendly and helpful in acquiring items missing in our room such as dishes and dining chairs. The pool was average for a hotel and the hot tub was a nice bonus. I hope these issues will be resolved when construction is completed. Hotel was nice enough for the price that I’d give it another try if we stay in the area again.

There was some remodeling going on that made the hotel dusty in the entrance and first floor hall areas. Also the elevator was down for a while to lay new flooring. Overall it was not a bad hotel and the stay was tolerable. The female front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was a 2.5 out of 5.

Hotel was in the middle of a remodel. Our room had been "finished" maybe an hour before we got there. That left us with a layer of dust on every surface, and piles of dirt all over the floor from when they screwed/drilled items into the walls. Additionally, we we arrived our room door was propped open and the hallway leading to our room was littered with all sorts of card board boxes and packaging from the remodel. Furthermore, our bedroom window wasnt even closed all the way when we got into the room. Also our room seemed to be lacking basic things. Such as, our bathroom didn't have a hair dryer, nor did the shower drain fast enough. We were also only left with a single roll of toilet paper. The in room coffee pot was also nowhere to be found. Overall, the remodel was nice to have an updated room but the cleanliness and presentation of our room was so far below our expectations.

Lots of construction going on and no dust control. I was out for the day before my last night and returned to my room having been completely emptied of all my things. I went to the front desk and was told that the cleaning staff was directed by the manager to remove my things as that room was not booked for that night. The problem is when I checked in somehow they mistakenly put me in a different room. I was never made aware of that and rather than call me they put all of my groceries into a garbage bag, all of clothing, clean and dirty along with the rest of my things stuffed into my suitcase. They never rented that room and I was put back there so ther whole thing was a tremendous wast of time and energy not to mention a waste of my groceries. I had to wait until the next morning to speak with the manager and he was very unhelpful and unapologetic.
