Bed was a good mattress but on a flimsy frame so it moved a lot when the other person moved. Not like memory foam. Carpet in room was dirty and bathroom was incredibly small. However historic hotel so not unexpected on room size. They were booked got the biggest room I could the other rooms were it available.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a very quiet room so rest was easy to come by. Having a restaurant at the top of the hotel was very nice because we could have a lovely meal and a drink and not worry about having to drive anywhere. The only downside to this hotel is the parking options. You have to park away from the hotel and feed the meter so you don't get ticketed or towed. That is annoying.

This historic hotel is adorable. There's a Starbucks attached to it as well as a merchantile. Staff was super friendly and accomodating of every request made. Close drive to Mount Rushmore.

We reserved a junior suite. When we arrived, the carpet in the suite was very damp, and there was a carpet drying machine blowing. It was an unlivable suite. The hotel did find us a room with a king bed, but said they could not give us a refund or discount on the room rate since it had been booked through Expedia.

Very cool place, a little loud and need softer bed

Very cool dynamics of the building. Bar on top was amazing and great service. Bed was too hard for my taste. Overall loud from sounds of doors nearby throughout night.
