Beds were comfortable is about the best thing. Upon arriving we noticed water on bathroom floor and proceeded to wipe it up with a towel. We also noticed that a suite with a kitchenette is useful as long as you have utensils & dishes. None of the above! Then when taking a shower the curtain kept coming out of tub, which solved the mystery of water on the floor but not of when it happened or why housekeeping didn’t wipe up before we arrived?? Also the light was not plugged in so we thought we would see if it was unplugged and warning…do not look behind nightstand 😳 DONT GO THERE!! It is affordable and location is convenient, but it is in need of some maintenance and a thorough cleaning

When checking in I had to call to get the attendant. She was busy with another customer service issue. Check in was quick. Room upon entry had dirty rags on the floor and the cofffe pot had old grounds in it. The bath looked dirty. The bedding was clean but their were flies in room. Generally, this hotel chain is a descent place to stay across the nation but this one struck me as needing some further attention to detail. Location is near the interstate and so noise can't be helped but it was minimal.
