Nice affordable business stay hotel

Business trip and really liked this newer hotel for the price. It had a work desk/chair, a kitchenette with full refrigerator/freezer, recliner, nice bathroom, and comfortable beds. Spacious room.

Bathroom sink drain was slow to drain and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Ceiling light fixture in the bathroom was missing and the security bolt lock on the main door was broken. It had an iron but no ironing board. We would not stay there again.

Nice kitchenette, full size coffee pot. Property a little dated but clean and comfortable. Don’t leave anything of value in your car. Another traveler had a window broken and belongings stolen

I thought the rooms were excellent. I rented two rooms, one for my wife and me and one for my mother-in-law. They were exactly what we needed. What I was most impressed with was the full sized refrigerator with ice maker. No trips down the hall to the ice machine. My only complaint is we stayed six days and did not see housekeeping in my room. They came to my mother-in-law's room but not mine. Otherwise it was a great stay. Front staff was great, facility was great, overall stay was great. We will look for My Place when we travel again.

I think My Place should remove the carpets and put in all plank board flooring. I would also like there to be a lamp and a bigger table/work space. I stayed at a new My Place the night before, and you did put a bigger table in that one, but still no lamp ...the overhead light is fine, but I like lamps better. Staff here was great, some noise in the room next to me, so maybe bring your earplugs? Otherwise, it was quiet and nice location. Thanks

We had to move to a different room due to the air conditioner not functioning. We were lucky they held back a room! No breakfast but the front staff let us know different options close by.
