Great Location

Hotel is in a brilliant location, easy to get to from the interstate, lots of free parking, close to bars/restaurants. No water provided, this would be nice. No fridge which we missed. We didn't eat there just used it as a base.

Check in was great. The staff was awesome. The bar food was excellent. The evening atmosphere around the fire pits was pretty chill. Not quiet with being downtown, but honestly my teenagers loved that fact; cool cars and crotch rockets zipping around had their eyes popping out of their head with excitement.

They changed me $60.00 for a breakfast buffet that had 4 items, the eggs were old and the potatoes were cold. We wouldn’t have eaten there except we thought it was included when we booked. I think there was blood on the back of our door, and you can tell it’s an old hotel, but other than that it was ok.

Early check in, great location and nice clean comfortable room. Short walk to downtown Rapid City with dining, shopping and entertainment options. Had dinner at the hotel bistro and it was terrific. Very friendly staff. Definitely a great choice when in Rapid City.
