I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year. Many thanks for a memorable holiday everyone Hassan

It was a pleasant stay; the hotel staff were incredibly professional and courteous.

All the male staff was completely rude and showed no interest in being helpful towards my questions. They didn’t even treat me like a guest, when I ordered food they made me come to the lobby to pick it up myself. The pool wasn’t even open that day. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel.

Very disappointing experience at Al Messila Resort. For a property positioned as a luxury resort, the overall experience was far below expectations. The level of service did not reflect a five-star hotel, and the attention to guests was disappointing. When you pay premium prices, you expect professional service, proper attention to detail, and an experience that makes you want to return. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my stay. I have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts, and based on this experience, Al Messila did not meet the standard I would expect from a Luxury Collection property. There is significant room for improvement, particularly in service quality and guest experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on this stay.
