Needed renovations
The hotel recently changed owners, and displayed a sign hotel currently under renovations. My room was on the 1st floor, the bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. The shower area had mold at the ceiling and the wall paper was starting to loosen, the bathtub had a chip in the enamel but it was smooth. Front desk checkin process was flawless and received excellent service from both clerks. I explained the issues I found and the clerk said they would address them and the tub will need a complete replacement.

Room was filthy with soiled sheets. Staff offered to hand us new sheets so we could strip the bed and remake it. Ended up in a different room. Not a nice place to stay and it was a ghost town. Keep driving!

Pet policy is a half truth. Pets are only allowed on 1st floor. They don't tell you that up front. Presumably due to allergy reason's. If a person is allergic they wont be able to stay here regardless.

The property appears to have been recently remodeled. Overall it was good to very good. It just had a few cosmetic issues. Our room did not have a strike on the door frame and the automatic closer had been removed and was not touched up. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic, the breakfast was definitely one of the better ones I’ve had. Overall the property is very nice, but seems a bit overpriced for the area.
