The Raton Pass Motor Inn was unique in that each room was decorated with memorabilia from the 1950's and 60's. It was a lot of fun and the owners were great. I would definitely stay there again.

We plugged the toilet right out of the gate and informed them of such at 5:45 AM. Their response was THE most graceful, prompt and kind of anywhere I’ve ever stayed! The beds were Very comfy and the spread was thin and Clean!

What a retro gem!

Jumped off the Southwest Chief for a night in Raton, and Brandi & Michael went above & beyond to make my visit a good one- they even picked me up at the train station! The motor inn itself is done in vintage style, and my room was extremely neat and homey. Best night of sleep I've had in months! Would highly recommend.

The owners have continued the continuous path from the 50s, and done so with great expertise and class. The lobby is as good as a museum. The location is wonderful, on the edge of town, so it is quiet, and great scenery out of your door.
