The bathtub was VERY slow draining. Hot water didn’t work so I called the front desk. The gal working said “oh yea, you have to turn on the sink faucet and let it run at the same time so it heats up”. The room itself was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and had plenty to choose from.

The sheets looked dirty, The carpet was filthy. The carpet going into the dining area was very worn and very soiled. The pet fee was $40.00 for a 9# dog that does not shed, bark or make a mess. Checked in and walked down the hall to room and some person had walked in with a large amount of mud on feet and tracked all down the carpet. Made 100 time the mess that my dog could ever do,

Staff was super friendly and was so nice they helped us with dinner options. Even made a print out. We ended up eating in the I’m home restaurant/ bar. Female waitress was amazing engaged with my young kids. She made sure they liked their meals. Wish we could remember her name unfortunately we don’t.
