All the staff I interacted with were fantastic - both in person and via phone calls. I learned a lot on this trip moving my daughter cross country with her pets. Not all "pet friendly" properties mean they accept cats. This one did, and all were incredibly nice and helpful! Great breakfast, too!

I’m a disabled veteran in a wheelchair. We were told by a staff member that we would have a roll in shower. There was not. We did receive a bench. Upon arrival of our 2nd stay. Nick the night time staff member made mention to me. That there was blood on the sheets from our first stay. As a woman. I have no control of when this happens. He tried to say it must have been my service dog. There was poop on the bathroom wall when we stayed here the first time. We are in the same room again and it was still there. I made Nick come clean the wall post his complaint about my having an accidental bleeding on the sheets. A completely inappropriate thing to embarrass me about. Maybe they should use better cleaning practices. Blood comes out of sheets with bleach.

The door lock did not work properly to get into our room. Thought it was the card at first but after having the front desk cycle the card 6 or 7 times over the couple days we were there. We realized it was the door lock itself not working. Also saw stains and snail trails on the bench seat below the window when we first got there. The elevator was sketchy and the breakfast was cheap and bland. Same thing every morning. The outside looks nice but the inside definitely needs some work.

Too close to I 80.
We chose this hotel because it was by Wyndham. Our last day at a Wyndham hotel was wonderful. This hotel was a little subpar didn’t realize it was so close to I 80 and unless we turned on the fan to the heater, all we heard was trucks. This Hotel could use a little upgrade on their towels. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

The room was yucky. There was a window seat that was stained and just gross! There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. The breakfast was good.

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. I don’t think the area behind the door had ever been swept. The tub was nasty. The bed sheets were a wrinkled mess. The whole room needed dusting

The outside was very clean and tidy. Parking was good. There was some kind of odor when we first walked in, perhaps it was cleaner, but it wasn't pleasant. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was fairly tidy, except the cushion on the window seat was very stained and dirty. Breakfast had many options, but none that were good for grab and go. Very close to I-80, so good for access, but not necessarily quiet if highway noise is a concern for you.
