The staff was very friendly, however the room was disgusting. The carpet was sticky and filthy. It smelled awful. Other guests were extremely noisy. I went to the front desk for help at 2:30am and he was very kind but couldn’t help as he was just the overnight worker. I went back in the morning and the resort helped to offer a refund.

The bedding is so soft, it was heavenly sleep. Large parking spaces, easy to access. The sign is a bit hard to spot from the street. 2 entrances. If your GPS tells you there's a rear entrance, itl lying 😉

We had a long drive the next day and wanted to sleep in before check out. Early in the morning there was a group of hotel workers set up right outside our window drilling, sand blasting, etc. it was extremely loud and continued up until we checked out. I have stayed at this location in the past but will do so no longer in the future when I visit family.

Disclaimer: This location is a motel style building. So rooms are accessed from the outside of the building. Environmental factors such as rain or wind can instantly effect your stay. The property was conveniently located. The staff was great. Linens were clean.

You dont feel yourself inside a room. You feel like you are outside , no soundproof walls so every single noise you hear it , no double glazed window so you hear everything oustide. We had kids that couldnt sleep, people knocked on our door by mistake. Others screamed and shouted on hallway and in the parking and everything you feel like its inside the room. We called the front desk several times but no action were taken. The amount paid should be refunded. Shame.
