Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Disaster with bed bugs
Nobody in hotel spoke English. Sheets were dirty. Dirty towel in floor when checked in. Wi-Fi Signal was weak. Hotel Reception didn't find our booking. Hotel were located wrong in map. 2km from city centre. Got some souvenir bed bugs.
