The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance. It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view.

The hotel is good. Receptionist and restaurant staff were excellent. Getting the shuttle from airport to hotel was impossible and agonising because we didn’t realise one has to register beforehand. We waisted over an hour in the airport, multiple phone calls were not answered even when police attempted to help us. We had to take a taxi. We were helped by the receptionist once we got to hotel to register for shuttle for the next morning. The ride takes about 5-10 minutes. The driver was polite and understanding.

Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again.

Breakfast alright due some foods cold, room need improve, only one mirror in bathroom, should have another mirror in bedroom.

The location is awesome. The whole apartment needs a paint job. All the walls are dirty/stained Very noisy, we hear the elevator all the time and when the other floors take water we hear it. The 2nd bedroom has no curtains to block the sun
