We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Please add towel rods to the bathrooms so hang wet towels to dry. I had to use the door knobs instead.

I had high hopes for this hotel, pictures looked nice.. All in all the room was halfway cleaned (body hair all around the bathroom…) and the biggest issue was there was NO AC IN BEDROOM all they put in was what the front desk called a “pass through fan” that supplied slightly more air than a human fart. It was 80 degrees in the bedroom and slept awful for the two nights we stayed there. IHG, figure this out!

Had requested adjoining rooms - told at check-in they don’t have any. They had our room and my elderly mother’s room on separate floors. We were told there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. The next two guests that came to check in after us were booked on the same floor as my mom. This worked out as they were family members, but the girl checking us all in had no way of knowing this. Not sure why she couldn’t have put us in one of their rooms and moved them up a floor - there had been no special requests from them and at least one of their rooms was the same type as ours. Also - no shower curtain in the bathroom - called the desk and was told to come down and get one - then had to put it up ourselves.
