Disappointing with a smell!

The apartment felt old and tatty and had a strong smell of cigarettes which was stronger in the living area. There was no hot water in the showers. We reported this twice and somebody came round quickly but the problem persisted.

Excellent stay - thanks Levi

Lovely stay at Riverside House, two adults and one toddler. Space was spacious clean and comfy, good quality cleaning and toiletries supplied. Excellent service from Levi who assisted with check in and check out. We were very happy with our first week stay and booked again for second week and Levi kindly offered us the same apartment again. We are very grateful for such caring and kind service - highly recommended. Thanks so much
