Garbage bins need to be changed. Limited food options at breakfast. No more hot food at 9:00am on Monday??? Need cups in fitness room for water. Washroom - shower tile has hair. Gross. Sunday and Monday morning front desk was great. He lent me his umbrella when I asked to borrow. Over and above customer service. Thank you.

Stayed here with my son on a road trip and was very pleasantly surprised by the service and care provided. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if coming through the area.

I thought this would be a good stay but it was terrible. They did not clean the room to the fullest ability and they kept my $100 deposit and when I asked them about it they said they found cigarettes in my room even though I never smoked a day in my life. Maybe if they cleaned their rims better and not keep stuff like that in there it would’ve been a good stay. Not to mention food still being in the refrigerator also. Make sure u thoroughly check your room when u stay so they don’t pull any accusations on you. Very mad.

The staff was friendly and helpful when there weren't enough towels in my room. The room was clean. A good selection of food items for the complimentary breakfast. The only downside was there was only one working elevator.

Can’t even have a little gathering. All they did was complain about us. 6 females just having fun. Some type of pet poop in the bedrooms. Dirty floors. Just horrible.
