The front staff was excellent. They were very welcoming and informative. The bartending staff in the restaurant was awful. Extremely unfriendly, unattentive, and miserable. After asking for a menu after seeing a show, we had to wait another 20 minutes for the bartender to come back over to us, and when we wanted to order she said the kitchen was closed. Awful experience. I helped them out by letting other customers know it’ll take a half hour to get a drink, so they went elsewhere. Be prepared on show nights, and even if you are in the weeds, be pleasant and attentive to your customers.

Staff from the front desk to the restaurants were amazing. Very friendly, gracious and extremely pleasant. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and clean. Nothing to complain about.

Love it!
Went to a comedy show right across the street. Very convenient, staff was excellent, room was luxurious and although ithe hotel was fully bookedz our floor was quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Understaffed at the bar and restaurant. There were two shows at different venues and a wedding the night we stayed and only two bartenders. Needless to say that was a damper. Next morning something at the buffet they couldn’t keep food in the trays we waited a half hour to be seated. Otherwise really nice hotel.all the staff were spectacular.
