Room was clean. I went to dine n food was great. Next day seen extra chargers from dining bill. So before breakfast I decided to go down to the guest services associate (gentleman ) that was there and asked him about my bill. At no point was I asking for a refund. Simply asking for the bill to be explained to me as I wanted to understand the chargers. As he looks at me with confusion and says he is confused. He states that the gentleman serving me that evening wouldn’t jeopardize his job and lie on the bill. He then asked me what was I looking to get? if I was looking to get refunded or money back. I was a little thrown back and then told him. Am simply looking to get an explanation to the bill amount as I didn’t understand the chargers to something I never received at the dinner. They truly think everyone is out to get money or for scams.
