Noisy guests all the time - unable to sleep

This appears to be a popular hotel for tourists, people travelling or attending private events hosted at the hotel so it’s incredibly busy. This also meant it was extremely nosy during our recent visit. Doors slamming constantly, guests running into each others rooms, drunken guests talking loudly down the corridors early hours of the morning, it was just a terrible stay all around. Even after complaining to reception and asking guests politely to keep the noise down, it still continued. It wasn’t a relaxing stay at all and we definitely won’t be booking here again. It’s a shame as the actual hotel and staff are great, but there’s too many guests that have no consideration for anyone that make this stay awful.

Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable overnight stay booked as were going to a music festival a few miles away and didn’t want to drive back home late at night . This was perfect . A nice welcome and check in/check out. We booked breakfast and it was delicious. The breakfast host was very welcoming as were the team in the restaurant . Having a gym was very useful. Bedrooms was nice and spacious and well maintained Iron and ironing board, hairdryer,plenty of power points and usb ports. Lots of wardrobe space and lighting inthe wardrobe . Bathroom had shower , which we prefer to a bath. Very quiet room. The only thing that I didn’t notice was a safe . Maybe it was hidden. A mini fridge would have been nice but not essential. all in all a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again when meeting friends or family from Bristol or Gloucester area. Or visiting the Cotswolds but not wanting to drive back to London.

Stylish and Convenient Stay – Highly Recommended! This is a modern and stylish hotel located just steps from the metro, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really added to the overall experience. A nice touch is their eco-friendly voucher program – you get €5 credit if you opt out of daily room cleaning. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar – beautifully maintained, with plenty of loungers and a relaxed vibe. It never felt crowded, even during peak hours. All in all, a great place to stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily return!
