Excellent location for transport (Reading Station/RailAir etc), a great welcome when I arrived from the reception staff, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a wide choice of foods. What more could I ask for? Will definitely use again and have already booked another stay in 4 weeks. Thank you!

First room I was given smelt strongly of smoke, as well as the bathroom smelt not very nice either. They were very quick in providing me with another room, I slept wonderful in this new room.

Pleasant staff, room was clean and functional, noisy Saturday night from somewhere close by could just hear a baseline until gone midnight even thou I requested a quiet room. Would stay again , pick a higher floor if you want quiet!

Room was clean and a good size. Bathroom door didn't close and tv didn't work. We reported the door to staff who offered a change of rooms but as we had unpacked we stayed put. Maintenance didn't turn up to fix it however. One of the lifts was out of order. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
