Minh expectativa foi enorme porque por fora , ele é puro luxo , porém por dentro é puro lixo. Os quartos aos quais entrei , fedem a um produto químico estranho , no meu tinha baratas novas andando , eu fiquei horrorizada. Detetização precária. Avisei a recepção, eles comunicaram que iam mandar uma camareira vir ao quarto , após 40 min aproximadamente de espera , após eu ter ligado por umas 5 vezes na recepção pedindo orientação, vieram com SBP , para matar barata , achei ridículo!!! Como eu ia dormir num quarto fedendo a veneno ? Passo mal !!! Lógico , e é óbvio que precisaria mudar de quarto . Pois bem após todo esse transtorno mortos de cansaço, e sem tomar banho . Solicitei a troca do quarto , como se não bastasse demoraram mais 20 min pra trazer as chaves . Ficamos do lado de fora do quarto em pé um tempão esperando as chaves , por falta de orientação clara . Pela demora acabei descendo do vigésimo sexto andar para ir atrás. Voltamos com as chaves , aí é que vem o pior , o quarto da troca estava ocupado por outros hóspedes, entramos sem saber de absolutamente nada . Foi o maior constrangimento da vida . Daí nós trocaram novamente para outro , dessa vez deu tudo certo. Mais sinceramente foi a pior experiência já vivida em um hotel , nós chegamos por volta das 19:30 no hotel, e só finalmente descansamos as 10:30 por causa desses transtornos. Meu marido ficou mega chateado e eu adoecendo . Uma vergonha! Decepção enorme. Eu não volto nunca mais . Não recomendo.

Great Stay
Excellent location, very clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast and an amazing ocean front view. What needs improvement is the elevators (long wait and they are constantly with those plastic protections as if there was someone moving all the time). Great bang for the buck.

Limpeza e atendimento péssimo
Ja começou no chekin.. subir a rampa e estar cheio de carros la em cima e depois descer a rampa de ré com uma RAM. Fechei um quarto com 2 camas de casal e só tinha 1 cama de casal e 1 solteirão. No sabado, pedi a moça da limpeza para fazer a arrumação. Ela disse que faria e chegamos as 23h e o quarto estava da mesma forma que deixei. Sinceramente, serviço pessimo no hotel.

Fiz a reserva para três pessoas, apenas a cama de casal estava arrumada, e tinha apenas um lençol para forrar a cama auxiliar. Pedi colchas e mais lençóis, só recebi as 7:30 da manhã. Quando estava de saída, achei uma meia, que não era nossa, em baixo da cama, sinal de pouca limpeza. Já tinha me hospedado nesse local outras vezes, mas dessa vez a experiência não foi boa.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. O atendimento da recepção é otimo, o quarto é amplo com uma vista maravilhosa para a praia. A melhorar: É muito ruim cobrar o café da manhã à parte. A pia e o ralo do banheiro demoravam pra escoar a agua. As toalhas estavam manchadas e com cheiro desagradável.
